The way we see things and the opinions we have formed over the years is mostly influenced by the way we grew up and our close friends and family.
This is no different with food.
I grew up eating what tasted good – with very little regard for the impact my diet was having on my health and weight. I was overweight and not happy with my health so I tried a lot of things over the years to get me to my goal.
Some things worked but were not healthy in any way and other things failed. If you’ve ever tried to lose weight, you know exactly what I’m talking about.
Then I had a paradigm shift and learned a lot of wonderful things that have helped form my food philosophy to supercharged health and get me to a healthy weight.
I today’s interview from Confident Girl Confessions, I talk more about my view on food and how we can use it to our advantage to help us reach our goals. After all, if we don’t take care of our health, how can we expect to be game changers in our businesses or in life?
