It’s been freezing (actually below freezing) the last several days here in Dallas. All I want is to stay snuggled up inside, wearing my Lululemon and eat warming foods.
I made this White Bean and Swiss Chard Minestrone last night for dinner and it was delish!! Probably one of the better minestrone soups I’ve made (and I’ve made a lot).
Some of you on Instagram and FB have been asking for the recipe so here it is! I subbed the kale for swiss chard (gasp!).
